Been challenging times here in the Bullock house.

Just over a week ago Maggie walked into a glass door and as a result ended up with a brain injury.  She has spent the last five days in hospital only arriving back home today.

She is getting better but does have some memory loss which they are saying will not return.  She has absolutely no memory of her first night in hospital.

Going to be quiet here for a while waiting for her to improve.

She wanted something nice for dinner so I cooked this special dinner.

Slow cooked shoulder of bone in lamb smothered in crushed garlic and anchovies, kipfler potatoes, butternut pumpkin sprinkled with sesame seed, brussel sprouts, gravy and home made mint sauce.

Was very nice. 😋

That's a fine looking meal, drooling looking at it. You dont get food like that in hospital. :D
