Title: Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans Post by Derek on Dec 1st, 2022 at 1:28pm
Just did something I have thought about for a while.
Chocolate coated coffee beans. Not for everyone I know but I love them. Took my inspiration from an online article. Simply melt a cup of good melting dark chocolate on a double boiler. Stir in a cup of roasted coffee beans and then freak out when you realise how many individual beans that is. :D Using two teaspoons, pick some beans up in one and flick them off with the other onto baking paper. Into the fridge to set and voilą, there you have it. Photo 2 is only about a quarter of them. Maybe not as fancy as the commercially made ones that are rolled to coat the chocolate but the flavour is mmmmmmmmm. 8B648AF0-78BB-4DE1-A383-D0926CA916D5.jpeg (435 KB | ) 388C697C-19EE-43C0-8D57-DE4CE82738D2.jpeg (371 KB | ) |
