I love to use fire to cook, whether using a spit over coals or smoking a bit of meat. I have been using heat beads to cook with camp ovens for a couple of years. I recently bought a camp oven mate and am currently experimenting using gas with the camp oven. This whole cooking with fire and using camp ovens is a bit addictive really! :)
