Took a brined rabbit out two days ago to smoke but still too sore to pull the smoker out so devided to just chuck it in the oven.

Made up a marinade and is now mixed together in a zip lok bad. Minimum 2 hours or over night. Turning the bag every now an then.

Bake at 220 c untill it has an internal temperature of 70 c should be right.

Lived on rabbit growing up. Have tried but can’t get Maggie to accept it. :)

The flavours in that recipe sound like they will work well together. Could also use that recipe with lamb shoulder chops I reckon, or even a butterfly leg of lamb.

@ 210c fan forced about 45 min would be good but will reduce the temperature next time.

Been told can do it again by the boss so no problems cheers Robert

Looks good to me as well, I have some goat chops in the freezer that may get a try as well.

Good reminder have goat meat in the freezer may try to brine some first.
