These red wine brownies are an incredibly decadent and delicious adults-only dessert! The rich, fudgy brownie recipe is the best way to have your wine and eat it too!
My daughter sent me this recipe a couple of years ago and never got around to cooking it until today.
Rather than write the recipe out here is a link and images of it.
It is a long cook at a constant medium heat so if cooking in the camp oven make sure you have sufficient coals to last and also use a trivet to lift the cake tin off the bottom of the camp oven.
