Tonight Rick has cooked a roast lamb dinner in an old boiler of a steam engine.
Wood fired of course. He was at Rose Isle Station out from Bourke. |

At the end of the last show Rick cooked an Italian Ragu after visiting Griffith in NSW however used shin beef instead of mince as you would normally.

Did you see the final episode last week?
Rick went to a Fish Butchery in Sydney. I have never seen anything like it before. They were sampling seafood charcuterie. Things like seafood salami and tuna bacon. It amazes me what some people can come up with with different foods. |
