I bought this set of bootlace ferrules the other day.  Have never been totally happy with some of my connections in the motorhome.

Have redone all my solar connections inside.  As expected one had a little movement in it.

They are fantastic and the large red ones fitted my solar cables.

They give you a nice square solid piece to screw down hard on.

I can't say how many thousands of these I have either fitted and/or installed over the years.  Suffice it to say that it was so many we used both electric and hydraulic crimpers in the factory!
