As said before we have had our heavy duty Italian vacuum machine for near on 25 years and it has done a lot of work. We buy in bulk so you have juices and dust from various meats and flour/ spices always affecting the seal. Starting to muck up so will keep it as a spare.
Decided to get a vacuum chamber machine as they have no problems with juices and the dust. You can even vacuum pack water or soups if required. Looked around and for reviews and price the Vevor seemed a good choice and have no problems with their equipment so far. IMG_8447.jpeg (2673 KB | 5

Filled the oil up and started the machine will test a few things inthe next couple of days. Started assembling my other SS table so another project under way. Tomorrow is a full day for us with rehab and late chiro. Cheers Robert

Excellent for marinating as it is a function on its own and sucks the mainate into the meat.

I bought one for about $30 at Aldi years ago , its done everything Ive ever wanted ......I think I'll stick with it.
