My first jar of home brined Olives. There is atree at the end of our drive which no one claims or picks so this year Molly and I did. Small plumb olives very nice

I hope they turn out well.

We had about 220kg harvested off our small olive grove this year.  Normally it's around 100kg.

We have a local oil producer do the harvest, then they give us a few litres of oil and trade prices if we need more - makes life easy and the fruit doesn't go to waste.

This week I have been pruning the trees. I had to stop as it is now raining and pruning in the rain is a no no as it can spread disease.
