Well I learned something today. Had never seen or heard of these perforated skillets before.

Becoming very popular overseas for cooking vegetables and fish of all things.

For the past couple of years I have been using a couple of perforated stainless steel baskets for doing veggies on the kettle bbq.

Same principal I guess. It works well and keeps everything from falling through the grill.
