Bought me an electric camp oven. Not really but a close second.
A lot of camp oven recipes I have picked up over the years have been developed for a slow cooker so the correlation is there a little. :P
Have been thinking about getting one of these for sometime and this KetchenAid one popped up on local market place for $75.
The add said as new, used a couple of times only. Checked out the model online and they retail for $189. Tongue in cheek I offered $50 and she accepted.
We have several KitchenAid appliances and know they are pretty good.
Just went and picked it up and it still has the operating manual inside. Two nice openings on the lid is something I have not seen before on one.
Now to see what I can create with it. :)
