A failure in my efforts to create different bread styles.
This is not my usual no knead bread. The kneading was done with a dough hook in the KitchenAid mixer.
I think it was over proofed on the second rise and flopped in the oven.
However, turn it over and as you can see in the photo it looks fantastic. ;D ;D ;D ;D
