Can't see any meat in it, but if there is, I'll go chicken  ;)

Ps try taking your photos in landscape mode

Is it some sort of goulash???

Or is that the mushroom sauce to go on the wagyu bone in rib fillet.

I'll be using the Marsala again for sure on lots of things.

Marsala is a wine infused with herbs & spices.

I just did a simple dinner tonight using chicken, onion, mushrooms, 500ml Marsala, 2 Tbs gravy powder in a little water.

Served on a bed of brown rice for an easy and extremely tasty meal, hic

Are you sure about the herbs and spices.  Tis a fortified wine made from several different grape varieties but I have never heard of it being infused with herbs and spices.

You had me with the wine and mushrooms Rolly but you lost me when you wasted it by putting it on that soggy white stuff.  [smiley=sad.gif]

It smells exquisite, Paul, but cooked inside so the neighbours didn't get a whiff.

You are probably correct Derek with Marsala.

This is Boronia Marsala, so the herbs & spices are an addition by the looks.

Marsala and Coke was a girly drink back in our early days, alongside fluffy ducks  :D

As Molly would say, "Do yourself a favour"

Smoothzsilk is reliving her youth right at this moment with a glass of Marsala &'Coke. Must be nice as she asked for a 2nd  :D

The smell is inviting Rolly, but also I must have put in the tasting spoon a dozen or more times.

I thought I may have made it a bit strong for smoothzsilk, , but she liked it as much as me  ;)

Next roast lamb will be seeing another bottle purchased.

It sounds like you had a delicious and easy dinner using Marsala wine as a key ingredient in the recipe! Marsala is a fortified wine that is produced in the region surrounding the Italian city of Marsala, and it is often used in cooking to add flavor and depth to dishes.
