Title: Plaited Loaf Of Bread In Weber Q

Thought I would have a play today so mixed up a batch of no-knead bread dough

30 minutes to double in size

Knocked the dough down, cut into three and plaited it

Let it rise another 30 minutes.  Gave it a spray with water and sprinkled sesame seeds over it

Popped it into the Weber

40 minutes later it was cooked

Still warm with lashings of butter and home made pumpkin, ginger and lemon jam

Mmmmmm looks good. Good quality knife you used to slice it too.
