Saw the concept online.
Thaw puff pastry and cut six rounds and 12 rings from it. Take 250 grams mince, season with salt and pepper and mix through herbs to your liking. I simply used mixed herbs. Roll the mince into 6 balls. Build the pastry cups with one round on the bottom and two rings on top. Add a dollop of tomato sauce, pop in the meat ball and sprinkle a little cheddar on top. Pop into a preheated camp oven, Weber or other hooded barbecue or your RV oven. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
