Visitors at home this weekend so decided to try my hand at no knead hot cross buns using the recipe from the Simply No Knead book.

I pretty well followed the recipe using my own brand of ingredients and they turned out to be exceptional.

Just sticky fruit buns. No attempt at white crosses today as they are not really needed for flavour. A neat dozen that see us out the weekend. 😋

Derek this is the Hot Cross Bun recipe I use. It is not a no knead recipe but I find it works great including the crosses.
