Fairly new to camp ovens & have been getting some great info/ideas from the forum.
Took the van out for the weekend & broke out the Hillbilly Bushranger for a Marinated Lamb Rack & roast vegies. :)

Very nice Hugh.

I remember my first cookup in my Hillbilly was a lamb roast just like that with the veggies in the ring on top. I was with friends at the Kosciusko Tourist Park in the National Park above Jindabyne.
