Anyone know anything about this style of ham press. Have never seen one before.

Muzz has one of those Brian. I always thought they were more for putting cooked meats in and pressing to solidify it into a block. From the videos I have seen the one in my post you put your raw meats and additives (salt, curing salt, sugars, herbs and spices) in and stand them in a saucepan of boiling water and cook them inside the press. |

It has arrived. Nice looking stainless steel thing. Has a nice heavy spring assembly.
