Well I have finally made the decision and have registered a new domain to host my own chatboards.

Will be the latest YaBB 2.1 site similar in function to this but much better with a capacity to host our own photos with an easy uploader attached to the post.

Will be able to see all members online and not just yourself and the option to provide more information about yourself if you so desire.

My main issue is saving everything here and transferring it to the new forum.

Those that have been around a while will know that this is the second forum I have had and when you share them as I have been you have a lot of restrictions.

To my way of thinking this forum site has "big mobs" of potential (to borrow a Q'lander phrase)
But being rather computor illiterate, anything to make it easier for the likes of me is a major step forward.

Derek, Thanks for the pointer to the board over at the IDOS site. I am looking forward to checking here as well. You might want to post a pointer at the yahoo group as well. It will be fun reading info from a different point of view. I hope to make it to AU before I die. If things work out really well, I will figure out a way to get IBM (where I work) to pay for the trip.
