the photo above was taken new years of 2009 prior to the rains lol not sure of present state of grass... didn't bother us though Smiley

We camped at Flanagans over easter and the grass coverage was the best that we had seen in a long time, although only kangaroo grass which doesn't have a lot of body to it.

We camped just to the left as you come in over the cattle grid, turned out to be the best spot as everyone else wanted to camp up near the waterhole/toilets and it was packed up that end.

We had a ball though and didn't really have to put up with the crowds down that end, i think off peak we would camp a bit closer to the water and toilets.
