Those are great pics Furphy. And what a job you have, driving around the country taking photo's!
Is that bore anywhere near Condamine? Something rings a bell from somewhere, the neatness around the borehead.
Out where we mine there are numerous rockholes, many with rough carvings and areas where spears? were sharpened. Always handy for when the water is low, but often just when you need it a poor unfortunate roo has fallen in and couldnt get out.
Nature can be cruel.

Hi Mike
Not all fun and took the oppurtunity while I was out on my circuit to get a few photos for you guys yeah the bore is at a place called Wengallon on the Goondiwindi St George road and worth looking at but I hope the photos show that there are still some items of interest in the bush heres one of a train I came across dont think that this is the way its supposed to work though
