Guys I ran into an old mate down in the South West of QLd this week and it reminded me of a particular habit he was well known for which brought about the following piece of prose. I guess at one time or another we have all met one of these type of people. Grin

How Tight Is He

Its bloody bullshit that it is
What they go on about
Long pockets and he's got short arms
Course he wont even shout

How tight you ask how tight is he
You know how tight a fish is
This blokes so tight i'm telling you
He even licks the dishes

I've even seen a great white shark
You know how big thier tooth is
It could'nt get a shout from him
When sinking every tooth in

The moths have camped for many years
inside his tight closed wallet
And if your fingers venture near
They'll belt them with a mallet

i've seen him take exception to
Some comments mates had mentioned
That it was time for him to shout
And give paying your attention

His eyes rolled back he grabbed his chest
He fainted dead away
His mates all gathered round his head
There'll be no shout today

Hi Furph,
Hope you don't mind but have a mate who is so tight he can't eat Bananna's because he can't pass the seeds. So printed your verse out and presented it him tonight. He loved it and wants it framed for his bar. Told him no as it is not mine to give.
