Hi All

Thought I would post this Recipe. Ideal for Camp Oven or wok.

2 Chicken fillets, cut finely into slices or cubes.
2tablespoons curry powder.
1 garlic clove or 1tsp garlic paste.
1 Carrot, cut finely into strips.
1 Onion, sliced
1/2 cup Broccoli, cut into small pieces.
1/2 cup caulifower, small pieces.
1/2 cup sliced beans, frozen ok.
snow peas, cut in pieces.
1cup finely shredded cabbage.
1 packet chicken curry noodles. (continental)

Heat oven or wok and add some olive oil, curry and minced garlic. Add chicken, stirring well and cook until 3/4 done.

Remove and put aside.
Add all vegies except for snow peas and cook until just tender. Add chicken and packet of chicken curry noodles. You may need to add a little more water as this cooks.
Cover and leave for five to ten or until noodles are done.
