Hi all,

Just wondering what the benefit is using a tripod setup with your CO. (sorry I dont know its technical term)

What cooking method would you suggest for a slow cooked stew or casserole (4+hrs).

Cheers
Tadge

By the way, went camping on the weekend and had some fantastic meals out of the CO.  Ill post the recipes and pics when I upload the Pics.

Yeh a tripod is a great way of slow cooking with the camp oven, you can still put some coals on top if needed.
the beuty of it is you can raise & lower it to control your heat when the fire changes & its handy for the billy Wink
