Egg Dumplings
8 cup Water
1/2 ts Salt
3 Eggs, well beaten
1/2 c Water
2 c Flour
1 ts Salt


Heat 8 cups water and 1/2 t salt to boiling in Camp oven. Mix eggs, 1/2 cup water, flour and 1 t salt. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into boiling water. Cook uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain. (Dumplings will be chewy, not fluffy.)
