Derek,
Any fish down there or just mermaid watching? What was the caravan park like? School holidays, crowded I would think. THe trip I had in Victoria was full on, with most caravan parkes booked out. No more school holidays trips for me.

Wind, rain, wind, hail and more wind.  Everyone was complaining.  Didn't go fishing once.  Must admit though I ate a lot of fresh seafood.  Grin

Stayed at the Bateman Bay Beachside Resort at Batehaven and it would have to be amongst the best sites I have stayed at.  No crowds at all.

All in all a great time though.
