This is a first for me Bread in the C/O With Heat Beads

Tip Top Country Classic Bread Mix,
As you can see turned out not to bad for a first  timer. The bloody loaf tin did not fit in the C/O that's why it is round. 30mins cooking time. The result are very pleasing, a nice light loaf and cut very well.

Thanks Derek,
The creases in the dough is that normal when you are kneading it, or did I do some thing not quite right. I have just been told the second cut is just perfect. Who am I to argue with the judge, jury and executioner.

I was going to call it the- Camilla Loaf-   more lines and creases than you would find on map.
But it must be OK then.
