Ok, camp_cookie, I've changed my 'notes section' so that you can see that I too live in the Americas, North America, that is, Canada, way out east.

So, do I assume that you live in the U.S?  What part?

The Big Green Egg looks like it would be horrendously costozo to send to Newfounland, never mind Australia.

Hi Guys,
I discovered your chat and notes about cooking in ye'ol Kamado, 30 yrs young not bad!
Thought you might like to see where Kamado's are at these days, they have come a long way and even more durable and robust than past designs. We have sold our 'baby' size to many campers to make their cooking life easier and tastier.
To learn more visit www.kamadocookersaustralia.com or 'google 'kamado cookers' in the australian search.
Happy cooking
Michael
