Stumbled upon this whilst in a small grocer. I'm a bit of a sucker when it comes to seasonings-it comes from the US and is outstanding in gravy and stews. Only needs a few drops and taste buds do the tango.
Give a h#^n to a jelly-fish.

You can buy it online from Melbourne.  I have never used it though.

I got mine from a small grocer (IGA)  on Sunshine Coast but Derek's spot is better as I paid almost double that. It's very strong and a little bit goes a long way. Tastes great on steaks too.
All the best

We use liquid smoke in a bunch of recipes.  It's GREAT in homemade BBQ sauce or in baked beans, as well as in sauces and marinades!   Good stuff, for sure!
