The message you sent to Derek wound up in my inbox.  Since my preferences (in profile) says I get email messages to tell me I have a pm, it came to me.  & in this software, you can read the message.  I belong to another forum which used to use this software.  There the site owner said if you reply to a pm via email, it goes to "info@xxxxx.site.com.  I tried that.  I tried a pm to Derek.  & I've posted on the problem in the section for help.
