I see two Furphy's on eBay. They look like the new ones to me. Any thoughts.

I think you may be right there Derek, It seems to me that all the "new" Furphys' have the writing cast on the lid closer to the outside rather than closer to the handle.

check these little bits of gear out. I like them, Just not quite sure what for yet Undecided

If it is an old furphy he has done a pretty good job re-producing the handle to be like one of the chinese ones. Just wondering if its my eyes or not but the legs on the 14 inch metters on ebay look a little dodgy to me. Shocked
