Not everyone has a sweet tooth but especially for those of you who might be trying to impress someone  Wink this is as simple as its gets.

PECAN PIE

Ingedients

3/4 cup NESTLE Top'nFill Caramel
1 Tablespoon flour
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup cream
18 centimetre prepared fastry flan (or uncooked frozen tarlets or pie case)
1/2 cup pecan nuts

How to make

1. Prepare heat beads or heat oven to 180C.

If you went as I did for the frozen uncooked case/s pre cook for the recommended time (the tarlets I cooked for 15 minutes in the Cobb with 9 heat beads)

2. Combine Caramel Top'n'Fill, flour, egg yolk and cream.

3. Pour into pastry flan, top with pecan nuts.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set, cool.
...      You could whip up the rest of the cream to decorate but I had a squirt cream on hand.

This tastes as good as any pecan pie I have ever eaten.  I didnt need all the filling which would be used up better in a full size pie crust.

I didnt use a trivot in the second cooking and they did catch ever so slightly on a couple of the bottoms.
