Hi Beck,

Nice to have another female on the forum.  I am newish to COs and like to put my semi failures up as well as the successes hopefully that other newies like myself can learn something.

I mostly only cook for two but sometimes this expands to 5 when my daughter and her two children go camping with us.

Hi OzJeeper - There is lots of information about seasoning - probably more in the camping equipment threads.  But here is one that is part of the main website.
