Hi  mumandpoo and salutations.

BTW I keep things simple over here and just go by LK or that spelled out.  The real Kopit is the lassie in my avatar.  She will be 7 shortly.

Nice to see you showing up in your backyard.  You haven't commented at Julie's site (RVO) as to whether you are into Camp Oven cooking or not..  Please do.

& hows about camp ground suggestions too!!

Undecided

Hi All,
Yes, thanks Derek, I'm finally a member. I was determined I wasn.t going to give up. Must admit though I've been a" lurker" for a fair while.

We love bush camping, and try to getaway once a month.  I.m not the cook, Poo is good at that, thank goodness or we would hardly eat, but I search out the recipes and the gear to go with it.  Yes we use both camp ovens and the Cobb, and very often both together. Our camp oven fits in the Cobb and allows us to use it that way as well when open fires are out of the question.

Know I will continue to learn lots of new ideas from this site and thanks  again for the welcome.
Mum
