How's about a little thing with screen captures, on highlight, copy and & paste?  It's much more reliable to paste in an email addy IMO.

Sorry LK, I meant to close that thread when I posted it.  Most people have little trouble filling out the details, some do though, but I am getting to many people not typing their email address properly so I thought I would do these instructions just for them and post it as a link to the top of the forum.

Yes, but giving some direction on copy and paste would help one heck of a lot of people. 

To say 'type the email address' invites inaccuracy.  Copy and paste can be used many places.  & it's very apt there.
