First you upload it to a place where you can get the codes you need.

I use Image Shack.

Ummmm then you go

1. to Control Panel which is a gold heading at the top of the forum page
2. Profile
3. Options

You paste the codes in as required.

Failing that you can get someone else to do it for you Cheesy
