G,day to all , The name this end is Terry ( nick name is Tex ) joined up a week or so ago but have been up in the bush doing some prospecting & hunting ,so have been away from the Putter for a while  come from Seymour Victoria also have a place at Lake Eildon that I spend a lot of time at , look forward to learning some cooking tip's on the site , haveing a go at cooking a leg of lamd for tea tonight and some damper in two new camp oven's that I just picked up from southern metal spinner's  Wink, will let you no how it turn's out .

Thank's for the welcome guy's , we just polished off the roast  Tongue,and instead of damper I ended up makeing a bread & butter pudding which turned out a real treat  Wink, so thank's for the site & I hope that I can put up some way's of cooking venison in the near future .
