Knocked this up tonight in preparation for the COG at Pine Rivers.
Practice Wink
Stuffed Chicken Breasts:
2 Chicken breasts
Hungarian salami (mild)
Feta cheese & sun dried tomatoes
Mini peppers and feta
Panchito
Bacon
Make a pocket in the chicken breast..line with Hungarian salami and feta cheese and dried tomatoes rap in Panchito.
Do the same with the other breast...and.. Mini peppers and feta and rap in bacon .
A light dusting of Italian mixed herbs.
Cook in oven for about forty mins.(about 160c)
I have other ideas for the COG

Very nice Muzz.  Are these the ones you are going to do at the COG.  Can't wait to try them either way.

Derek
There are many variations to these and hopefully will be as good as these where. So easy to cook and little preparation.

G'day Muzz,

those chicken breasts look very much the grouse. What a great recipe, and beautifully cooked too. I can't wait now until the 29th with tucker like that on offer we are in for one hell of a treat. Smiley

All the best

Well, that looks pretty good!  I'm sure this can be made on almost any type of great/oven right?  Looks good enough to try on the BBQ grill on my deck.

I really gotta explore this site more... that just looks damn good!
