Yeh the lid has a fair sort of dome to it, bit the ears are flat like a chinese.
Come to think of it , the bail looks thick compared to the size, so my guess is it is the same as my little 10" chinese oven

Not quite Aart,
Iv'e had that one of mine nearly 20yrs & have only ever seen 1 other like it, at the Vacy show I did a few months back!

note the high dome, as said, & the steep angle on the sides, it has quite thick walls too.

take no notice of the notch bent in to the bail, I do that to all my smaller ovens for the tripod.
I'm not sure where mine was made, I'm only assuming it was Chinese.
