Just had a look on the Cabelas website at what they currently have on offer. Roll Eyes

If anyone is interested - if you buy the 10", 12", 14" and 16" Cabelas camp ovens and have them shipped together the total cost including freight is $318.94. Huh

How does that compare with the cost of those ovens purchased from Camp Chef source in Oz?

They are the same company you know. Camp Chef makes the ovens for Cabelas.

Yep, but under N. American quality control. There are a number of company representatives who appear on various forums. They've passed on this information in posts, etc. & Remember Julie's store sells Camp Chef. So, we've got that route through to the company too.

The 10", 12" and 14" Camp Chef Ovens will cost $269.70 at normal prices in Australia whereas the 10", 12" and 14" Cabelas will cost $217.46 delivered to brisbane.

There is no 16" Camp Chef available however for a comparison. The 16" Lodge in Australia is $219.95 plus around $25.00 delivery yet a 16" Cabelas oven delivered to Brisbane is $109.99

Yet as I said in the first post .......... buy the Cabelas as a set and the price delivered to Brisbane is only $318.94
