I simply made up a white bread mix.  Then rolled it out the size of a large tray.  I buttered it, spread strawberry jam on it, sprinkled cinnamon and sultanas over it and rolled it up long ways, then cut it into 8.

While searching for a tin to put in the 12" CO I spied a biscuit tin which fitted well.

I cooked on 10bottom/20top beads for 40 minutes.

We have something not as high also Willy and the name escapes me, you can drizzle white icing over them as well.  But as I have said elsewhere sometimes I just use whats to hand.
