How easy is it to clean your D O after cooking a curry.So that the next thing your cook doesn't taste and smell of curry...cheers......Willy

Hi Willy

I've probably cooked a couple of hundred curries in the same 2 camp ovens.
Just use lots of very hot water and a plastic scrubber brush.
If the seasoning is in good nick the flavour ought not penetrate.

Mind you I won't do a curry today and than a sweet in the same camp oven next week.

If you can't get the tast out of it.. guess you just have to go through the re-seasoning from scratch.

As you say Art if it is seasoned well there shouldn't be any smell.  If there is then a wipe out with vinegar should take it out.
