1/2 mince & 1/2 Sausage meat - amount to suit your needs of course...
4 googies (eggs for those who don't understand wot GOOGIES are!)
onions
Grated carrot
salt and pepper
Rosemary (not the girl friend - the herb ya fool!!)
Worcester sauce

Mix it all up as normal and cook on lid, CI fry pan or whatevva..

Yummo..

Gr8 in home made CO bread rolls...

Grrr!!! Grin

I love small, furry, defenseless little animals - especially in gravy!!!

Same as George..lotsa curry powder.
Bit of sweet chilli sauce is a nice alternative.

Sounds good with curry but i would also use fresh or flaked chilli with fried onion on the burger.
