This is what I bought the Cabellas for, due to it being so shallow it makes a good oven for bread rolls, 18 - 20 at a time.

The new Billmans 18 sitting to the left, seasoned & ready to go, looks small in this photo because it is sitting back a bit, I can assure you it is not!!! It is heavier than the Cabellas & larger in volume due to the depth, My new favourite!
As I said above, the Cabellas is only good for bread rolls or cakes due to its depth (or lack of) but the Billmans will be great for big slabs of meat!

Spent most of Fri, making tins to sute the 15", 18", & 20" ovens, then started on S/S trivets, but ran out of gas within spitting distance of the finish line...BUGGER!! will post pics when finished.

I'm glad i didn't get the 20", too big without the depth.
A CO that is 6" plus deep is best for my staple meals.
