I tried Muzzes shanks a while ago and they were great, whinging missus and kids werent so keen on the diced tomatoes so I substituted with chicken stock and OH MY GOD!
Great recipe Muzz.
I thought the dogs were going to bite me cause the bones were that clean with the meat nearly falling off there wasnt much chewing left for them.

Added some mushrooms and had mashed tatie with mine. Smiley
And you cant quite see it but a low carb beer as well for the diabetic side of things. (Pure Blonde, still got a good kick)

Cooked up some Shanks tonight..... Love em.

Used some red wine and veg, herbs out of my garden and served on a bed of mashed spud.
