Everyone has probably seen this site (taste.com.au), but I was talking to the boys at work about golden syrup dumplings, googled and found this site.
Looks like a lot of good recipes that could be adapted for the co.
And I gotta give those dumplings a go though. Smiley Smiley Especially for next time I get that inevitable question from Big RT about whats for dessert.

Lots of good stuff there Robbo it comes up pretty well for a lot of recipes I have googled.  I am wondering if the "boys" saw The cook and the chef with Simon and Maggie Beer the other day.  They cooked these dumplings and its a very simple recipe.

I think its one of PD's specialties not sure if he did share his recipe with us before or not.
