greetings all

new to this medium but hope to learn a lot about forum and c o cooking.
my wife and i are about to become grey nomads and have always had interest in cooking outdoors so i know this is the site to find out all about it. am about to buy spun metal oven and experiment using an old 9kg gas bottle i cut in half to contain the beads/charcoal.

fots there are a few oldie beginners in here as well as all these very experienced CO cooks both young and older.

In the top headings you will see a VIRTUALCOG this shows most of the things cooked in September and give you a small idea of the variety of stuff thats possible.

The recipe areas show heaps more.

The MOTH and I enjoy nothing more than camping and cooking and chatting around the fire.  Fitting it all in is the problem.
