I think it is high time to retire my paint tin charcoal chimney, what do ya recon??

...

Iv'e been looking on BBQ's Galore's web site & they don't list them there, is that where you guys have been getting them??

Did up some lamb in the Metters last night, bloody beautiful as usual, I had a bit of a fancy for the wild goat since I did the first lot about six months ago, but I'm having second thoughts again now, it's hard to beat a nice bit of lamb!!!

Hi Mick,

I love that paint tin mate Grin
Yes you can buy the chimneys at BBQ's Galore for $29.95, they don't seem to advertise 'em, the one at Kawana has 'em in a locked cupboard out of sight?? go figure.

Lamb, my thoughts too, I love Venison but I reckon for taste and tenderness , Lamb takes a lot of beating. Someone on here posted about saltbush Mutton but I have never been able to get more info on that.

Go shout yourself a chimney Mick . Grin

Regards Skip Smiley

Dunno when I look at it you should get a few more lights out of it.
Still cooks a good leg so why chuck it.
I am happy with my chimneys from  BBQ's Galore, they tried to sell me lighters at first until I explained what I really needed to do. Yes they were well hidden
