I think it is fantastic that you fellas have a crack at cooking in any way, shape, or form. Either at home or when out camping.  Even just one night a week is great cos it means your lady gets to put her feet up

Thanks LG, interesting to get a lady's perspective on home cooking. I cook for the family on an almost daily basis using my camp ovens and I have noticed over the years, that my wife has been exceedingly supportive of my camp oven obsession.

I've been doing most of the cooking for us for years. The minister enjoys my cooking whether at home or camping. She gets to do the washing up, which is no problem, as when camping there is little to clean up and at home we have a dishwasher.

Wasn't much interested in doing any thing apart from the Steak and eggs (single man food) or BBQ for a long time. My wife did the vast majority of the cooking for us and she used to get crook with me because I never helped. Then I was introduced to CO cooking and then things changed. I find that I really enjoy cooking not only on the BBQ but with COs. My wife says I do a bloody good job (no I didn't pay her) and she has me cooking about 50% of the time now. What can I say, I look for an excuse to cook now. Thanks for all the recipes you have all posted.
