AngryFolks I saw a picture in the photo gallery of a dish Curried Apricot Chicken, with out searching the forums I would love to see the make up of this, will swap for a Chicken Biryani with pictures.

G'day Camp Captain..

That was a photo I submitted.
Not much to it really.
It is a ready made seasoning sachet from Continental or Maggi.

Place chicken legs in CO. (no need to brown if ya cook long and slow)
Add chopped onions
Combine sachet , little hot water and sufficient apricot nectar.
Pour over the chicken.
Gievn it heat for about 30 minutes.
Then add the peas and carrots and give it another 45 minutes.
Check to see chicken is not pink.


The recipe(or similar) is on the back of the sachet.
